  • We keep only your ASU email, your Discord ID, username and avatar, and the sections you watch.
  • We use it only to sign you in, keep Seatseer students-only, and send seat alerts.
  • No passwords, no tracking, no ads, and we never sell or share your information.
  • Delete your account in Settings any time, and your data goes with it.

01Who we are

Seatseer (https://seatseer.iammanmeet.com) is run by an individual in Arizona, USA. This policy explains what information Seatseer handles and why. Seatseer is not affiliated with Arizona State University.

02What we collect

  • Your ASU email address, which you use to sign in.
  • Your Discord user ID, username and avatar, when you connect Discord.
  • The class sections you choose to watch.

To run the service we also keep a few technical records tied to those, such as your sign-in session, a short-lived sign-in link and code, and a log of which alerts were sent to you.

03What we don't collect

We never collect passwords, your ASU login, grades, your phone number, payment information, or your location.

04How we use it

Only to sign you in, keep Seatseer students-only, and send you seat alerts for the sections you watch.

05Emails

We only send sign-in emails, each with a link and a code. No newsletters and no marketing.

06Discord

When you connect Discord we receive your Discord ID, username and avatar, and we add you to the Seatseer Discord server so our bot can send you direct messages. We don't keep your Discord login token: we use it once while connecting and then revoke it.

07Cookies

We use one login cookie to keep you signed in, and one cookie that remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. There are no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

08Services we use

  • Resend, to send sign-in emails.
  • Discord, to deliver direct messages.
  • Cloudflare, for hosting, network services, encrypted backups, and Turnstile, a bot check on the sign-in form.

These services process data only to provide those services to us.

09Sharing

We don't sell or share your personal information.

10How long we keep it

We keep your information until you delete your account. Deleting your account removes your data. Database backups are deleted after 30 days.

11Your choices

In Settings you can see your watched sections, disconnect Discord, or delete your account at any time.

12Children

Seatseer is not intended for anyone under 13.

13Do Not Track

We don't track you across sites, so Do Not Track signals don't change anything here.

14Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
